- Please read through this journal and fill out the Order Form found in Section 3. If you fail to use the Order Form, or if I feel you have not read through the information provided, then your request may be ignored. By sending payment, the client agrees that they understand and are happy with everything stated.
- I reserve the right to change any and all information within this journal without notice. I reserve the right to refuse a commission without given reason, no questions asked.
- I may refuse a commission if I feel it surpasses my current level of skill.

.:1:. Price Guide
-------------------------------------- Base prices may be increased or decreased depending on a design's complexity.-------------------------------------
- Additional characters will each cost two thirds the original base price. This will be less for smaller characters.
- If you think the prices are too high for my current skill level, please remember that I spend a lot of time on my art, and most of the detail you see is drawn manually without the use of custom brushes and/or textures. Poses will also be more dynamic than many of the examples shown.
- If you're after a certain style from my gallery that isn't listed, or if you have something new in mind, ask and we can discuss it c:
- Transparent and abstract backgrounds are free.

.:2:. Information

I will draw: any fantasy, sci/fi beings (including anthros); natural landscapes and scenery; artificial environments and machinery; blood, gore, violence; tasteful nudity; etc.
I won't draw: humans and human-like beings; anything sexually explicit and/or potentially offensive; art of official fandoms, for copyright reasons.Application
- Send me a note entitled "Commission" with a completed Order Form.
- Clear visual references must be provided for the design in question. Text-based references are at risk of being refused if I feel the description is inadequate or I cannot suitably visualise the design.
- Once I have received an Order Form, I will establish a specific price and seek the client's confirmation; after which an initial sketch will be created and sent to the client for approval, along with my own PayPal address for payment.
Payment
- Payment must be sent in full after the initial sketch has been approved by the client. Larger commissions (over Ł50) can be paid in separate instalments if desired.
- Payment will be through PayPal only in British Pounds / GBP / "Ł" currency (PayPal has its own currency converter).
- When sending money please select the "Services" option; DO NOT select "Gift"!
- Once payment has been received, I will start work on the full commission.
Creation
- I usually work in Photoshop on canvases sized anywhere between 1000-6000px at 300dpi, exact dimensions depending on amount of detail and type of commission. I'm open to specific sizing requests.
- The client will receive private updates regarding the commission when necessary and will be offered works in progress at major stages for approval. Additional works in progress may be sent upon the client's request.
- Major edits (such as limb repositioning and other large-scale changes) will only be freely available during the initial sketch stage. Major edits at later stages may be charged an extra fee, the exact sum depending on the size of the edit and how far the work is towards full completion. Re-draws after the initial sketch stage will be treated as a seperate commission.
- Once a completed commission has been approved by the client, the client will receive the full-sized un-watermarked image via e-mail. I do not physically mail originals or prints.
- The completed image will be uploaded in it's scaled-down watermarked form to my gallery at deviantART, and possibly to my galleries at Elfwood, Nabyn, and Weasyl. Proper credits will always be given.
- Please note that I will not be held at fault for any mistakes on a completed commission due to incorrect or missing information provided by the client.
Art Usage
- My art, commissioned or otherwise, may not be used commercially, for profit, or without my permission in any way, shape or form.
- The client ALONE holds the exclusive right to use their commissioned image as they see fit, including uploading to personal websites and galleries, provided it's for personal use only (i.e. non-profit/non-commercial) and I'm properly credited wherever it's displayed. The client must keep the full-scale un-watermarked version to themselves and may only publicly display the scaled-down, watermarked image I provide. The client may not alter the artwork itself or have someone else alter it for them.
- I will retain full copyrights to the commissioned artwork, completed or otherwise, and may display it in future galleries and portfolios and/or otherwise use it as I see fit.
- I will never re-sell or make further profit in any way, shape or form off a commissioned artwork.
Refunds
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, and in doing so issue a refund to the client.
- The client may request cancellation and a refund at any time during the creation stage of a commission.
- The amount refunded for both aforementioned instances will depend on how far the work is towards full completion at the time of cancellation. The client will be given what has already been completed; terms within the "Art Usage" section will still apply.
